Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Review

It's Wednesday and we usually talk about beauty and makeup this day. For today's post, I thought to share a review about one of my favorite products, which is Roller Lash mascara by Benefit Cosmetics.

I didn't buy this Mascara and don't usually buy Benefit Cosmetics because of its unavailability as well as hefty price tag. My boy sent me some cosmetic items to me when he was in Australia and this mascara was included in that gift. I covered this story in one of my weekending posts, if you'd like to visit that, you can check that out here. Also, reviewed Bene Tint, Porefessional Primer and They're Real Mascara by the same brand earlier that you can check out here. I was using They're Real mascara and when I ran out of it, I took out this one to use and so I thought to review it on blog.

The Wand

First thing first, let's talk about its wand. The wand has an ergonomic design and rubbery handle, which makes it easy to hold and apply. It is long and slender and catches every lash from root to tip to curl and thicken it up.

If you observe closely, you will find the applicator a little tilted and curvy and I think that's what makes it super easy to catch every lash. Having short but smooth bristles makes it easier to apply without smudging mascara on your lids.

It has darkest shade of black and looks glossier after application. Its formula is very thick and of sticky nature that defines each lash on your eye lid and gives a very flirty feel to your eyes. Meaning, it gives you just the right amount of drama by curling your lashes without going overboard. Also, spider lashes are in rage for quite  some time, and it can help you create that look without any problems.

The Results

Now, let's talk about its results. Its one coat gives perfect lift and curl. It opens up my eyes and makes me look awake and fresh. Its only after using this mascara, I got to know that I have tiny and baby lashes in the corner of my eyes as its application brings life to those otherwise ignore strands lying alone in the corner of my eyes.

Final Verdict

My lashes are neither long nor thick, so I heavily rely on this mascara and it surely delivers what it promises. I am quite happy with it, but I would be delighted if it lasts a little longer. The thickness and curls last for about 5 hours, after that, you need to reapply it.

I have been using this mascara for past three months and I absolutely love it and I can't bring myself to swap it with another option.
